Enumeration
This test confirms that the device consistently powers up and is enumerated by the host device. This is done through a programmed series of power cycles and device enumerations.
The TF38 connector on the board-level models is minimally cycled. The connector has a finite number of open/close cycles it can sustain before it is outside specification. FLIR recommends minimizing the number of open/close cycles on the TF38 connector.
Pass/Fail Criteria
- The device must correctly enumerate 100% of the time.
