Unit Test Stages

U1 Programming Units are loaded with firmware and initial functional testing is performed.
U2 Assembly Bare boards are assembled into their final housing.
U3 Sensor Alignment Testing Sensor orientation and position relative to the lens mount is measured.
U4 Environmental Testing Device functionality is tested for a period of time over a range of temperatures.
U5 Calibration All required sensor calibration is performed including calibration for crosstalk, multi-tap imbalances, and fixed pattern noise.
U6 Final Testing Camera specification testing is completed, testing verification is performed, and assembly information is stored.
U7 Label Printing Final verification of passing test results before box labels are printed.
